ORDERING GOODS FROM ITALY

You can choose products by watching our live streams from Italian factories. You can also apply for the posted video/photo offers.

Submit your choice depending on the offer – during the live stream by writing a comment with your selected product. After the live stream, please send order confirmation via WhatsApp +371 28446246, indicating your nickname.

If you are applying for a video/photo offer, then send your choice to our WhatsApp number +371 28446246, indicating the product, color, and size.

PAYMENTS

After the live streams you will be prepared and sent an invoice. Please check its correctness and make the payment within 12 hours after receiving the invoice. If payment is not made, we reserve the right to cancel your order. When making the payment, it is MANDATORY to indicate the invoice number in the payment purpose!

When ordering goods via Applications

Send the selected products to us on WhatsApp 28446246. It is advisable to send a screenshot. Be sure to indicate the desired size and color if these options are available in the offer.

!For NEW buyers, it is mandatory to send your full name, surname, email address, phone number, and Omniva address. We will make shopping as fast and convenient as possible.

After we have collected your ordered goods at the factory, you will be sent an invoice, which we ask you to pay within 12 hours.

Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

When making the payment, it is MANDATORY to indicate the invoice number in the payment purpose!

Your order does not guarantee the availability of the product at the factory. There is a possibility that the selected product is no longer available at the factory or is available in limited quantities. In this case, the allocation of goods is based on the order of orders.

ORDER RECEIPT

The shipment of goods to your chosen Omniva is carried out when the goods have been delivered to our office in Latvia. Usually, this takes 10-14 days. Once we have received the goods at our office, we check, pack, and hand them over to Omniva. All you have to do is wait for your beautiful package.

Delivery of goods is possible using Omniva services. By agreement, the goods can also be picked up at our location.

Shipping of goods within Latvia is free of charge. Shipping to Estonia and Lithuania by Omniva costs Eur 6.00

Italian shopping goods are shipped when the goods are received in Latvia – usually within 10-14 days after the last day in Italy.

The buyer must, within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of delivery, check the compliance of the goods with the order,  the quality of the goods, and we also recommend trying them on.
