After receiving the payment, we will send the goods within 2 working days to your specified Omniva address.

ORDERING GOODS

You can choose goods by watching our live broadcasts from Italian factories on Instagram. Live broadcasts take place only on INSTAGRAM. You can also apply for the posted video/photo offers.

Submit your choice depending on the offer - during the live broadcast by writing a comment with your chosen item.

PAYMENTS

After live broadcasts you will be prepared and sent an invoice. Please check its accuracy and make the payment within 12 hours after receiving the invoice. If payment is not made, we reserve the right to refuse your order.

Ordering goods in Applications

When your order is completed, you will be sent an invoice, which must be paid within 12 hours.

If any of your selected items are missing, we will inform you about it.

ORDER RECEIPT

The shipment of goods to your chosen Omniva is carried out when the goods have been delivered to our office. Usually, this takes 10-14 days. When we have received the goods in our office, we check them, pack them, and hand them over to the Omniva courier. All you have to do is wait for your beautiful package.

And yes - delivery within the territory of Latvia for the standard offer is free of charge. Delivery of goods is possible using Omniva services.  Also we offer to ship by Omniva to Estonia and Lithuania, it costs 6.00 Eur. Shipping to other countries depends of each countrey


The client must check the compliance of the goods with the order within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of delivery,  the quality of the goods, and we also recommend trying them on.


In the territory of Riga, home delivery is possible. The delivery fee in this case will be specified by contacting us.


How to return goods

Returning goods is possible for items purchased online. The items must have the originally attached product and/or price tag, in the original packaging, if available.

Items you wish to return must not show any signs of use – they must be in the same condition as at the time of receipt. A noticeable scent of perfume is considered a sign of product use.

You have the right to withdraw from the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the product by sending us a withdrawal letter. We will send you the withdrawal letter form by email upon request, or you can download it here

You will receive a refund for the returned items within 7 business days after we have received and checked the product. The refund will be made in the same payment method as you used to pay for the goods. The shipping costs for the return must be covered by you. Exceptions are product defects, which we will confirm once we have established them.
