The client must check, within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of delivery, the compliance of the goods with the order,  the quality of the goods, and we also recommend trying them on. After this period, claims will not be accepted.

You have the right to decide within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order whether the product you have purchased meets your expectations.

The product must not be used, it must be in its original condition and with original labels. A noticeable perfume scent is considered a sign of use. A refund will be made within 7 working days after the product is received and inspected at our office.
